Beth Williams: As a personal trainer, Beth Williams works with clients committed to feeling better. She coaches them through weight loss, increased cardiovascular endurance, strength gain, and increased mobility. She tailors programs specific to their needs using, yoga, strength training, TRX suspension training and functional movement testing.

Holly Romero: Holly utilizes a solid understanding of anatomy and body mechanics to help clients rehab injuries, strengthen their functional movements, improve imbalances, increase their conditioning and just feel better in their bodies. Using a blend of resistance training, cardio, core conditioning and yoga, she enjoys watching her clients reach their goals and go beyond their expectations. An English teacher and marketing director in her previous life, she often uses narrative and storytelling to motivate and help her clients and students tap their inner and outer strength.
